I don't ever write reviews but this twopence, unprofessional company has absolutely infuriated me. Im disgusted on how they treat loyal customers. After being overcharged on their website thought it would be a straight forward call but no. After putting a dress in my basket at one price then checked out within minutes the price changes. Was on hold for 25 minutes, first spoke to customer service rep who was no help then waited to speak to a manager and again shockingly was told them same. It seems there has been no training and don't know what is right and wrong. I will be seeking further advice from trading standards!
