My first issue was when the 2 electronic items I ordered for Christmas for my children arrived soaking wet, when I tried to return them it was made almost impossible. This was down to the fact that the boxes were so damaged they fell apart and when I tried to discuss this matter with a very adviser I was greeted with someone singing (not on hold) they then hung up on me so I had to start the call process all over again after 25 minutes of waiting. Then in order to return the 2 water damaged items I had to find paperwork from a previous purchase as the actual paperwork was too damaged. Even though the cost of these 2 items alone was almost £400 very refused to help and told me I would have to return via a local petrol station which I personally did not trust. It then took very nearly a month to recredit the money to my account even though I had been on the phone to them various times at this point. Now to top it all off, I went to make a payment just to find their system was down and now because of this I have a late charge on my account and have just had to deal with their terrible call centre staffs disgusting attitude yet again. I pointed out that their system was down and that I couldn't make the payment on time even if I wanted too. Overall I've found purchasing and paying very a stressful experience and will be looking at closing my account as quickly as possible.
