Tried to return a faulty Apple Watch within their 30 days policy - given the run around by the call centre before I highlighted to their overseas call centre the Sales of Goods act and highlighted my rights.
Promised an unconditional refund on 6th Feb by the next working day - nothing received. Tried to phone their call centre holding for 30 minutes every time I try and can never get through whatever the time of day.
Really rated Very until now - which may be due to not having anything faulty before - but the call centre clearly haven't got a clue when things go wrong.
