I ORDERED TWO SETTEES FROM VERY.THEY DELIVERED ONE ON THE DUE DATE BUT THE DELIVERY MAN HADNT LOADED THE ONE. THEY GAVE ME A DELIVERY DATE BUT ON THAT MORNING THEY PHONED ME TO SAY THEY HAD RIPPED IT AND TO REORDER ANOTHER ONE. A MONTH LATER I HAD A DELIVERY DATE AND ONCE AGAIN THEY PHONED TO SAY IT WAS DAMAGED. I PHONED VERY AND WAS SPOKKEN TO BY A VERY RUDE ADVISOR WHO SAID NO ONE SAID IT WOULD BE DELIVERED TODAY AS THE SETTEE WAS OUT OF STOCK. I REPLIED THAT IT WAS STRANGE BECAUSE I HAD JUST SPOKE TO THE DELIVERY MAN WHO SAID IT WAS ON HIS VAN. TO THIS SHE SLAMMED THE PHONE DOWN ON ME. I PHONED AGAIN ONLY TO HAVE THE PHONE SLAMMED DOWN AGAIN. I PHONED AGAIN AND ASKED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR
. NEEDLESS TO SAY I WAS PUT ON HOLD AND THEN CUT OFF. I HAVE NEVER KNOWN SUCH RUDE UNHELPFUL ADVISORS.THE MANAGEMENT OF VERY WOULD DO WELL TO GET RID OF THIS USELESS STAFF AND EMPLOY SOME DECENT PEOPL WITH MANNERS..
