I bought GHD straighteners in Sept 2016, they stopped working in Feb 2017. Tried to use on line customer service several times but mostly unavailable due to high demand. When i eventually got an advisor, they assured me they would email me my proof of purchase for the manufacturer. 4 days later and still no sign, tried again and again was assured it would be sent. Manged to get through to speak to customer service and the first time, after explaining my story was cut off. I called back and was told by the advisor that the email hadnt even been sent, despite being told twice it had. Was again assured it would be sent but still nothing. So far, have spent over 3 hours on this simple request. ABSOLUTELY LIVID
