Freezer damaged when delivered, 4 weeks later item not yet picked up , money not refunded until 10-14 days after item back in warehouse ! Five phone calls made , cut off 3 times , last caller said I would have a collection date within 3 days, now a week later ! Tried to email head office but email was returned "undelivered"
Dreadful company.
