The worst company I've ever dealt with! I created an account on their website about a month ago. I've passed all my credit checks etc. A couple of weeks later I ordered a pair of sunglasses. They were due to be delivered on Saturday. On Saturday morning I received a phone call and was asked for my passport number. I was then told that my passport number was not valid! I go on holiday at least twice a year and I've never had any problems with my passport. I assume my passport was rejected because it's Lithuanian! I have never had such a bad and racist experience. A couple of weeks later I tried to place an order and pay in full, however my order was rejected!!! I entered my card details etc.,but was unable to complete payment. Thank you for your 'excellent' customer service. You have today lost a customer who was willing to spend £180! I assume it's not a lot of money for such a big company but if you keep treating your customers like this you will lose more!
