I purchased a £550 TV from Very, first time I have used them and was happy up until my order was processed. 7 weeks on and I still don't have my TV despite numerous calls and emails to resolve it. The thing which annoys me the most, is that they won't call, email or even text you to let you know what's happeneing. Just terrible customer service. They scheduled delivery, them didn't turn up at all - and no contact. I booked a day off work to take the delivery also.
Honest opinion, save your time, money, and phone bill and purchase elsewhere. I wouldn't be returning even if they paid me.
