I wasn't aware that Very used YODEL as a courier company??? I was waiting in all day for a delivery when I received an email saying driver had left a card!!!!! What I was sitting waiting I phoned the mobile number it went to answer machine I sent a text also, so I decided to contact YODEL first was advised by agent the driver didn't even go to my address and parcel would be rescheduled for Saturday, rang customer service number at VERY the first non English speaker hung up on me when I explained why I was calling, I rang back and was asked all my details told I would need to wait a minute after 15 Minutes I hung up, rang back this morning and advised wanted to make a complaint I was advised parcel would be out Monday!WHAT!!!!! OH COME ON GET YOUR SELFS TOGETHER SOME WAY TO RUN A COMPANY SO I WILL ALSO BE WRITING TO HEAD OFFICE , If I don't get my goods today I will cancel the order and get my money back , but a useless customer service team I,m trying to think of another word rather than shambles never again
