0Customer service is awful. Phoned Customer service yesterday and on both occasions, the customer service agents hung up on me while looking up my details. From my experiences with them their Customer Service has been bad, and as a result I stopped ordering from them.
I had to call them yesterday however; something to do with an extended warranty. (which I regret taking out with them). I realy can't believe that Very is still trading, given that their Customer Service is so atrocious!
