I didn't realise that when you paid towards buy now pay later goods, that you also had to make a payment towards a monthly minimum payment. Very reported a missed payment to the credit reference agencies and refused to get this taken off. I had been a good customer and paid things off quickly, as they admitted at Very. Oh well what can I say. Misleading information and poor customer service to say the least.
