Sunday 05/11/17 had a working oven and gas hob...................................
Monday 06/11/17 I received an order of Hotpoint hob and oven. The hob was to be installed by a Hotpoint engineer, he fitted the hob and moved previous copper piping so the oven no longer fits.
Tuesday 07/11/17 I contacted Hotpoint they agreed to send another Hotpoint engineer.
Wednesday 08/11/17 Hotpoint engineer arrives but refused to touch the hob their previous engineer had fitted saying he should never have fitted it as our cupboards are too close to the hob . We are now left with a hob that is 'dangerous' and a oven that does not fit.
Catch 22; Very will not refund my oven and hob as they are now 'fitted'.
Total nightmare!!!
