yeah the customer service staff can be worse than awful, but sometimes its ok. ive orderd many times over the last 2 years. 97% my orders big and small things arrived fast and speedy no issue so guess im lucky. i like the website. you can find bargins and good prices quite often for good items. i dont like how they confuse u with the statnebts and balance thouhh when it cones to returns and credits and such.
