Twice have delivered a product that has been damaged,being ceramic the packaging was non existent.
Have had to pay for the replacement item whils waiting for credit from first item and because we want this item,have to send this back and hopefully receive credid but pay for the third replacement item.
The customer care team were not much help,cut me of twice,had to keep ring back.
Trying to log on the compaints procedure is nigh on impossible.
