Bought recently a brand new iPhone X from VERY. It was delivered on time, so I was happy. Next day I tried to verify the serial number with Apple to purchase an AppleCare insurance from them. For some reason it didn't get through. Got in touch with Apple advisor online. They ran all the tests, checked my phone over and I was told in the end that my phone had been used before, so I couldn't get an AppleCare for it!
So VERY sold me a USED Apple product.
