I'm sure Very sells some great products but I still haven't received the item I ordered. After being initially sent the wrong item, which I received 4 days late with no email saying it would explaining why from Very, I then returned it and placed a second order at the new price (£20 more) with assurances from a Very customer service manager that I would receive a £20 refund. Very do not do exchanges. After several more hours of my life wasted to innumerate different Very tele-people, who failed to return calls, I called Very myself again today as my second order is now 6 days late to be informed it is out of stock. Very themselves did not contact me to tell me & the order still says processing on my account. I am so disappointed as was my child to not receive a birthday present. I will never purchase from Very again. Their customer service is beyond appalling.
