Failed to deliver the item twice
On the app tracking it said my item had been delivered and signed for. This wasn't the case and after investigation this was done in error. The unit wouldn't be delivered until the end of Sept - 3 months after the order was placed. Ridiculous and order cancelled. Will wait to see how long it takes for my refund to be processed.
