Ordered child's bike. Received a used bike. Disgusting customer service. Call centre in India. Promised two call backs. No callback received.
So I bought another bike from a toyshop. Looks like no hope of a refund.
The most awful buisness I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.
Yodel equally as bad. They didn't collect the bike. Said tbey'd tried to collect it. Rubbish liars.
