I have used Very on many occasions and every time they have delivered an excellent customer service, the deliveries are very quick and there has never been any problems with the goods received. Any returned goods are immediately refunded back to myself and Very has excellent communication, updating the customer when the goods have been sent and also returned, Would highly recommend using this company and have purchased some lovely items, well worth the money.
