Absolute jokers!
I have wasted so much time with Very, my account was frozen online and was told to call customer service,. When I called customer service they said they couldn't find an account so to open a new one. I said I was in my account and just needed help - there was no help (they just hung up!)
So I did open a new account, applied for the credit, got approved, placed an order on the Take 3 method. I paid in 1/3 and a day later they cancelled the order and froze the account again. When I called they said they had no further details and I could not use the credit facility. END OF!
The customer service is non-existent!
