The products came damaged all three !!
Did you bring replacements? No!!you charged again for the replacement and said once you got the others back you would refund the money in ten to fourteen days but couldn’t pick them up for a week.
So the new ones arrive, oh what joy, until packaging was taken off the first, yes damaged again. So after nearly an hour on the phone being told you take fourteen hundred pounds out of the bank, my single mother granddaughter will have to go without oven fidgefreezer and washing machine for Christmas because very CAN NOT give a refund until up to fourteen days. Oh and the bosses do not talk to their customers or even if I gave my email address reply to that as they are an online company and customer standards do not apply to them
