After being a long standing customer with Very for over 8 years, I have experienced the worst customer services in my life. An issue which is still ongoing if anyone from Very can be bothered to get back to me. I've raised numerous complaints online, with the offshore call centre and I have now written a letter. I'm yet to receive a reply.
Faulty laptop was supposed to be collected and repaired or refunded. They haven't done either! After too many failed attempts to collect it was eventually collected and returned to me still faulty!!! I've never been so angry with a company! I will be paying the balance and closing my account.
I don't know what happened but they used to be great. Very, very disappointing.
