Faulty Apple MacBook purchased. Seemed irreparable by Apple Technician. Refund was due to be given as advised by Very agent. 14 days period came and went which was when they should have issued refund. One week later the faulty MacBook is posted back to me. Horrendous service which feels deliberate attempt at delaying refund process on a high value item which has left me out of pocket.
Would never buy an electrical them again and would advise others who do to beware. Best to go straight to manufacturer in my opinion.
