Cannot be trusted. I selected NO marketing, they sent marketing by email and text. I contacted them to close account immediately (I was within the 14 days cooling off period). had to tell them 3 times to close my account and delete all my details. They have finally said they have closed my account BUT I can still log into whenever I need to. And the credit agreement is still open!
So they have not deleted my details at all.After several complaints I have now reported them to the Data Protection Officer and Trading Standards.
