Can't leave no stars!
Bought on BNPL, then got a demand for postage. Fair enough, thought it was OK because I had a DD set up (with confirmation, I may add), DD came out and also received a call to pay. To make sure I was covered, I did this too and was told that this would not be a late payment, of course not because I have a DD set up too!
Wrong!
Now I have a black mark on my credit file for the sake of £6 odds and they have not/will not take this off for me despite it being their fault and still ahven't got back to me
