I was worried after reading these comments, but their service was ok, if not great. I ordered a laptop on 3/12/14, only got an email confirming my order the following day. The next day delivery didn't materialise but it came the day after. Overall 3/5.
I feel sorry for those locked with their customer services, and hope I don't have to use it myself.
