The company should be called 'VERY BAD'. I had the worst shopping experience ever with Very.co.uk. Ordered a large corner sofa online on the 14 or May and did not hear anything from them till I received a delivery confirmation via email a few days before the delivery date (10th June).
Received a delivery slot of 13:00 to 15:00 and a confirmation text the day before. I booked a collection service for the old sofa in the morning and threw away my old sofa, just before i received a text from ArrowXL, Very's delivery company cancelling the delivery. I took time off work for this and i just ended up let down and without a sofa.
They re-booked the delivery for the 18th of June, and once again I took a day off work for this. Received a delivery slot from 7:00 to 21:00, and at 10:00 am I received a text cancelling the delivery once again! I am really upset by the way I was treated and had to call to cancel the order and request a refund. I am now looking for another sofa from a trustworthy company. STAY AWAY FROM VERY.CO.UK!!!
