Absolutely terrible. They have a system that intentionally declines your first order so you’re destined to have a bad initial impression. It then took a further 4 attempts and 2 days before the order was placed, and then they didn’t paste across the delivery instructions so the (4 days late) delivery failed. They absolutely didn’t care, and just quoted “procedures”. Asked for a refund - that’ll take 10 days (during which time I can’t go anywhere else to buy a fridge because they’re keeping my money). Oh well, I guess we can’t store refrigerated food for my 6-year old child to eat for another 10 days. But at least we followed the procedures, eh?
