Ordered an expensive wardrobe from them. It arrived in the van damaged! The customer service team said there was nothing that could be done because I was not a credit account customer. They expected me to pay again for the delivery, the delivery charges and wait a further two weeks for it to be delivered AGAIN. Just shocking!!
I raised a complaint via the online service and via post. No response.
Save yourself the hassle... GO ELSEWHERE. I will never be buying from here again.
