Awful customer service, I ordered items using collect + however my items went missing, I contacted very only to be told I would have to wait 5 days until they knew where my items were. I never heard back from them.
Also early December I ordered something for a gift and told it would be with me within 2 days, I'm still waiting for this product over a month later, all they said was sorry. Stay away from this company.
