Hmmm......think I have made a mistake........ Received a £30 off code and as my headphones I wanted were cheaper anyway I thought it would order them from Very. I accidentally ordered 'on account' instead of paying straight away and immediately tried to cancel the order so that I could redo it. So....less than 1 minute after ordering I wasn't able to cancel the order as it was being picked! So I phoned customer service.....what a shambles. They cancelled the order, but didn't advise that it wouldn't necessarily stop the order coming out but I could refuse the delivery and wouldn't be charged. So -now was I faced with losing out or ordering again. So I ordered again. Now it looks like I will receive two headphones and need to refuse one. What sort of stupid system is that. God knows whether I will actually get any and how many they will try and charge me for - lets wait and see! I wish I had read these reviews beforehand and I wouldn't have bothered. Customer Service was actually worse than useless!!! At one point she was telling me I had ordered a playstation game..........for god's sake!!!!
