Very have become a nightmare company to deal with. They have moved their customer service abroad so no online dealings. I have an item put on my account that I have not received - delivery says it was signed for? yet I can update - I will need to call in wait in some queue to then explain to a non English person what I am talking about which becomes very drawn out and painful. I don't know why they saw fit to do that. It has put a dampner on the whole experience - previous item arrived broken - it happens - I understand that but again I was subjected to a long queue and then an extra long conversation to sort the problem out. I am not knocking the assistant. They were trying to be very helpful but the whole experience was painful and my account now in dispute status
