My horrible experience ordered a smartphone was given the delivery date 1st April. Took a day of work waited to 9Pm no one came to deliver at all.
Next day item arrived early in the morning the phone came with a couple defects phoned up to very 5-6 times asking for a replacement unit each customer service staff on the phone was rude told me to deal with the phone manufacturer for a replacement.
Going direct to my bank to request a full refund not going to waste any more my time dealing with bunch of cowboys.
