Absolutely horrendous customer service, or lack of. Sent out used products with components missing. Still waiting for a callback from a ‘manager’. Emailed various members of the management team and they don’t even bother to reply, including Henry Birch. They even have the nerve to charge me for postage, when the law clearly states if the product supplied is faulty, a full refund should include all postage fees. In the current situation, they should have processes and safety procedures in place to ensure customer safety. Sending out used products, puts everyone at risk and shows a lack of competence in their COVID secure practices. This is not acceptable.
