Very’s off-shore advice line is dire. I’ve been spoken to with such distain and utter contempt, it’s disgraceful Very have blatantly breached consumer rights, trying to put me off making a return. It’s taken me over 2 months to get a replacement I’ve been given, in this time so much conflicting information etc, which I feel was given to stop me getting my rights. Only when I contacted shark direct was I given the correct service. The appliance was received faulty and in a used condition
