The system is easy to use and response is efficient.
Improvement is needed for delivery arrangement. The oder record just shows the date of delivery but no time range. It makes time management difficult for ensuring recipients there to receive the goods.
It is not satisfactory for me to receive 2 dented cans out of 6 I ordered.
