“Love your online shopping system, very helpful and time saving. Easy to make changes. We have scheduled for reordering certain food (milk) for my pet and sometimes the amount I needed might differ (as products source might change from different countries, the total amount of the products might change too) , I can always adjust by changing the reorder date which is very helpful. And the delivery process is really efficient.”

“It’s a super convenient platform where we were able to purchase most of the things we need. I really appreciate that we’re able to get prescription medication, with a verified prescription on this platform as well. The customer service is good. The only thing I that would be a helpful addition in the future is to have a better idea of when the deliveries are coming. So far it’s a few business days out. But it would be even more helpful to know when the actual day is or a heads up of sorts to know and expect when the packages are arriving or notification of sorts that it’s been delivered. Obviously it would require more resources, so totally understand it may not be doable yet.”

“I have been buying from VETOPIA for a few years now. My experience with them is the excellent. Their service, their response time when you need clarification or anything resolved, their product selection. Overall I'm very happy and will continue buying from VETOPIA. The only reason I gave it a 4-star is that I don't agree on the excessive amount of bubble wrapps and aircutioning. All goods are send from their location and will reach you within the same day, or within the next day. While first of all I don't believe it is necessary and secondly it is quite time consuming to cut all those bubble sheets and airbags before disposing of it. Everytime I receive a parcel, I'm shaking my head that so much plastic was used. I reached out to them before, and they want to keep the products safe. While I agree on fragile or glass items, but we are talking can's of cats and dogs food, Bags of cats food, dog shampoos.”
