“Our 2 cats love these packs of wet food. Hoping these will help to control their urinary issue. Heard from my vet that a new version “prescription urinary plus bladder comfort” has been released by Royal Canin. Anxiously hope that Vetopia will be offering this soon. My younger cat is very timid. The new version will certainly help as recommended by my vet.”

“Great service and value for money. Never had an issue with my orders and prompt delivery all the time. I accidentally created 2 subscriptions and had the issue resolved within a day which shows how good their customer service is. Owning 2 dogs in Hong Kong is not cheap but I find Vetopia stocks most foreign brands and the price is reasonable in comparison. Highly recommended.”

“Convenient and has a great range of products, but they use far too much plastic in their deliveries. I recently ordered a few small shampoo bottles, and they arrived in a huge box filled with plastic packaging, which felt really unnecessary. I've had the same experience with tinned cat food. I was told the extra packaging was because some customers had complained about dented tins, but surely there's a better balance between protecting products and reducing waste. I'd love to see Vetopia take more responsibility for the environmental impact of its packaging and look for more sustainable shipping options. Until they do, I'll probably avoid ordering from them, as I don't feel comfortable supporting this level of unnecessary packaging.”
