“I understand the weather is very hot. My delivery arrived in the evening but everything was very “hot”. Guess it’s been in the delivery truck for a better part of the day. Feliway storage instructions are “highly flammable… keep away from heat or sunlight”. Also the lickable cat treat, although it was a gift, arrived like it’s been in a microwave. So I had to throw it away and went to waste. I’d suggest you use cooler bins and ice packs while the goods are being transported in hot weather.”

“I have been making recurrent orders on Vetopia for a while . However , I sometimes receive very last minute calls/ msg regarding the dog food running out of stock. It’s not easy for my dog to switch food as his stomach is not good. Every time when we switch dog food/ food type, he will be having diarrhoea. So this has been quite a headache for me. I hope you guys will have a better solution/ maybe notifying the customer earlier. Thank you.”
