“Vetpia ships real quick , i got my order in 1 day !!!!!!!!!!!!! The products r really nice but I would love to have more hamster products or small animal products . Not all are the best options of course and changes can definatly be made to small animal products.”

“I subscribed to their regular delivery which is a good service, but beware the discounted price only applies to the first order. Subsequent deliveries are regular priced so you could end up losing out on other promotions. I only found out AFTER I made the subscription and will likely cancel after the mandatory 3 deliveries.”

“I have purchased cat food with promotions Expo 22F there is free goodies but they sent me dog’s one. I bought cat stuff and mentioned I would like to have some cat dry food sample … never mentioned about the dog :(”

“The system is easy to use and response is efficient. Improvement is needed for delivery arrangement. The oder record just shows the date of delivery but no time range. It makes time management difficult for ensuring recipients there to receive the goods. It is not satisfactory for me to receive 2 dented cans out of 6 I ordered.”

“It is good for delivery to flat freely. Even though it takes several stairs to my flat. It can be delivered without any plastic bag in the future. Also, call to the owner before 1 hour delivery is better”
