“Very convenient online shopping and delivery system. However, some products, at least those I have recurring orders for, seem to be out of stock quite often and the notification system for re-stocking doesn't seem to be too efficient. Hope this could improve in the future.”

“Generally, this is an excellent online store. Delivery is almost always on time (and when there is a delay, the excellent customer sevice reaches out to explain the situation). The only minor issues are that with recurring orders, we have to cancel and re-order to get the better price. Also, the reward gifts seem to have dwindled to fewer options recently - I was hoping to get another of the great blankets you had before. Still gave 5 stars overall!”
