“Very convenient online shopping and delivery system. However, some products, at least those I have recurring orders for, seem to be out of stock quite often and the notification system for re-stocking doesn't seem to be too efficient. Hope this could improve in the future.”

“如果非必要，可否不用紙箱包裝？其實有時用波波膠已經ok 因為有時訂少量貨品但又用一個大紙箱包裝取貨時極不方便又浪費(因為裏面又係塞滿波波膠) 可以考慮吓”

“整體服務也不錯，下單後送貨速度也很快不過最近體驗到循環訂單因其中一項缺貨而令整張單也略過了，雖然有電郵通知，但有時未必經常檢查郵箱而發現訂單沒有送貨，建議也可以whatsapp通知一下客人，或優化系統將有存貨的產品仍然送到客人手上”
