“整體服務也不錯，下單後送貨速度也很快不過最近體驗到循環訂單因其中一項缺貨而令整張單也略過了，雖然有電郵通知，但有時未必經常檢查郵箱而發現訂單沒有送貨，建議也可以whatsapp通知一下客人，或優化系統將有存貨的產品仍然送到客人手上”

“Very good service, prices etc. BUT my one criticism is the sheer amount of packaging used for orders - our two dogs’ tinned food subscriptions (timed for the same delivery) always come in separate boxes, all wrapped in a ton of plastic and bubble wrap. Please be more considerate to the environment!!”
