“Smooth and seamless online transaction. Communication via email and WhatsApp are also polite and friendly. One suggestion though, If there is scope to let us know earlier when the delivery date is set for that would be even more helpful, rather than having to wait for the next auto generated email which we have no idea when that will arrive because sometimes we want to be able to plan ahead. And diarise the delivery. WhatsApp replies are not always as efficient and quick so a faster response would improve the overall experience.”

“貨品完全冇問題，包裝好好，貨品質量都好好！反而係運輸方面以為你們是經sf，但最後收貨時好像不是，送貨人員先wtsapp聯繫，但沒有說明是什麼公司、送什麼貨品⋯令到我一直以為是假運輸假信息。最後要運輸影相確認貨品和單據先清楚，有點兒不方便。”
