“The company gave me a small rebate for cat food I bought because the best before day ends in about 3 months. I ordered 2 brands totalling about 30lbs of cat food which should last more than 3 months. The sales team asked if I want to cancel the order or a rebate. That shows good customer service.”

“Love your online shopping system, very helpful and time saving. Easy to make changes. We have scheduled for reordering certain food (milk) for my pet and sometimes the amount I needed might differ (as products source might change from different countries, the total amount of the products might change too) , I can always adjust by changing the reorder date which is very helpful. And the delivery process is really efficient.”
