“I understand the weather is very hot. My delivery arrived in the evening but everything was very “hot”. Guess it’s been in the delivery truck for a better part of the day. Feliway storage instructions are “highly flammable… keep away from heat or sunlight”. Also the lickable cat treat, although it was a gift, arrived like it’s been in a microwave. So I had to throw it away and went to waste. I’d suggest you use cooler bins and ice packs while the goods are being transported in hot weather.”

“I’m a little older and the staff are always been kind to me helping me navigate the online platform They’re very sweet girls And the products are genuine and safe for our furry friends Symbiotic keeps my dogs tummy settled. She’s been on them since she was a puppy and she’s now five years old. The fibre is marvellous. It keeps my dogs bowels movements easy to pass They were a little soft before she started taking this. She’s been on this for five years.”
