“I knew the delivery date for this purchase by sending to your enquiry email as I can’t receive the delivery note after two days I purchased. And finally I received the delivery note by email at the night of the delivery day which I already received the stuff. Form 5 times purchases, I nearly need to send 4 times of email for asking the delivery date instead of receiving the delivery note email, and this problem I had reflected for many times.”

“I was disappointed with my last recurring order. One of the products was backlogged, I understand that you called and asked to delay the shipping of the order, but the explaining was off and doesn’t make sense.. I was asked to wait for the product to arrive,, which I would to save shipping cost for you, but asking me to wait for one month!? My next recurring order would have applied by then. Common sense please.”
