Sorry, WAY too much back and forth via WhatsApp - really annoying. And I've had to deal with refunds and then new charges. I'd be happy to apply anything owed to me by Vetopia to my next order rather than your current process.
Love the products and the intentions of the staff but the WhatsApping is driving me mad.
