“I have been making recurrent orders on Vetopia for a while . However , I sometimes receive very last minute calls/ msg regarding the dog food running out of stock. It’s not easy for my dog to switch food as his stomach is not good. Every time when we switch dog food/ food type, he will be having diarrhoea. So this has been quite a headache for me. I hope you guys will have a better solution/ maybe notifying the customer earlier. Thank you.”

“Suggest to let customers to choose the delivery time & date. I don't have any delivery schedule ideal after order placement & need to check with your team again & again. Finally, received the products at 10:45pm even your team advanced schedule should be under 7:00~10:00pm. .”

“I knew the delivery date for this purchase by sending to your enquiry email as I can’t receive the delivery note after two days I purchased. And finally I received the delivery note by email at the night of the delivery day which I already received the stuff. Form 5 times purchases, I nearly need to send 4 times of email for asking the delivery date instead of receiving the delivery note email, and this problem I had reflected for many times.”
