Poor customer service :
1. Staff unaware of products that are available
2. Manner of clarifying purchase is rude, like I did not know what I had bought and insisted that what I was buying is unavailable (size delivered was incorrect, staff insisted that there is no other size despite me paying a higher price for the bigger size)
3. Not the first tone — but seems internally there is a lack of communication or staff doesnt put the effort to understand the status.. unncessary follow ups because not reading twice.. has happened now for at least two times
I dread having to buy from vetopia now, but have no alternatives for products needed foe dog
