delivery team very responsible. Mr MAK Ying-kit (Staff#0111) revisited to my lobby management on 13/2/2023 in order to find out my parcel which our janitor claimed she cannot find my parcel. Finally, I can get back my parcel a day after 13/2/2023 as our janitor wrongly passed my parcel to another household. I would like to take this oppuntunity to give my compliments to him.
